How do you put your picture by your name when you comment on the Bible Cafe?

I have the same question too but do we need to log in? If so, I do not see a log in anywhere?
You don’t need to login at the Womens Bible Cafe. When you give your email address, the photo you created at Gravatar.com will automatically appear beside your name. It works on any blog site that you visit, not just this one.
