Often these books are free or discounted in price for 24 to 48 hours, so we always encourage you to act immediately if you want the free books. We dig through the categories until we find a few books that we think our readers will be interested in reading. Here are a few of the great deals we found for Christian books this week..

Fearless by Max Lucado

With almost a thousand reviews on Amazon, this is a book you’ll want to read at least once. I just finished reading it a second time when I saw the price drop to #2.24 USD on Amazon this week. With the recent news about a potential world war, the uncertainty of the economy and the constant feeding of fear that we are exposed to in the media, I knew reading this book would center me on God’s truth. If you have not read this yet, grab a copy before it returns to full price.  To see if this book is still on sale, click here.

planBPlan B by Pete Wilson

We asked our Facebook readers for feedback on this book and many said this is a book worth reading. In fact, a few said the book even changed their lives. When the priced dropped from $15.00 to $2.99 USD this week, I grabbed a copy for my electronic library. After all the great reviews I look forward to reading this soon. In Plan B pastor and author Pete Wilson uses real life stories of disappointments and hurts along with the biblical stories of men and women like David, Joseph, and Ruth to help readers come to grips with the truth that they will face situations that in themselves they are completely unable to handle but that in them God is simply trying to get them to surrender their plans so that they can receive His. Wilson points readers to the cross as not just the starting line but the centerpiece of our story with God and shares that it is there we turn in our Plan B and find the undeniable relationship between crisis and our hope followed by true spiritual transformation. To see if this book is still on sale, click here.

The 21 Indispenable Qualities of a Leader by John C Maxwell

Some of the best leadership books I’ve read are written by John C Maxwell, and I saw this book for $2.24 USD.  In The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader, Maxwell identifies these top traits as character, charisma, commitment, communication, competence, courage, discernment, focus, generosity, initiative, listening, passion, positive attitude, problem-solving, relationships, responsibility, security, self-discipline, servanthood, teachability, and vision–and then defines them in ways that readers can absorb and utilize. To see if this book is still on sale, click here.

FREE The Question That Never Goes Away by Philip Yancey

Don’t miss a chance to grab a FREE copy of this book!  Some days, the news seems too much to bear. Yet another tsunami or earthquake or flood or fire or war atrocity. One more gun-toting madman stalking young people in idyllic Norway or moviegoers in Colorado or schoolchildren in Newtown, Connecticut. We turn off the news only to get a phone call about expectant parents with a stillborn baby, or a loved one whose cancer has returned.  If we have faith in God, it gets shaken to the core. What was God doing in the moment when that tragedy could have been prevented? If we can’t trust God to keep our children safe or our loved ones from dying in agony, what can we trust God for?  Philip Yancey tackles the hard questions head-on. FREE God Knows My Name by Beth Redman

In this powerful and deeply vulnerable book, Beth Redman writes to pass along a message that changed her life—that the God who made us also understands us intimately. He hears our cries and reaches out in love to help us and fight for us. He’s always at work shaping our character. And no matter what others do, He will never, ever leave or forget us. Drawing on Scripture and her own experience, Redman invites us to explore the revolutionary implications of being loved by a God who knows our name. And she invites us to call on His name as well—to respond to His heart and love Him as He has loved us from the beginning. To see if this book is still free, click here.
