It’s time to start the year with a new womens online bible and we’ve selected Lies Women Believe by Nancy Leigh DeMoss. Over one-half million copies of this book have been sold, so many of you might already have a copy on your bookshelf. It’s time to dig it out or order a new copy from Amazon or your favorite bookstore. You have the option of using the book alone, or getting a copy of The Companion Guide For Lies Women Believe to go deeper into the study. We’re not using the video sessions for this bible study. We’ll start reading week one on January 24, 2012 so please order your books now.
You’ll read the book at home, a chapter each week. If you are using the Companion Guide, you’ll have daily homework assignments which require 20-30 minutes to complete. Once a week we’ll “meet online” to discuss a theme and chapter from the book. You can visit the Womens Bible Cafe anytime to post a comment and join the online discussion.

Seems like a good Bible Study to start with, have you been doing this one from the beginning? Do you like it? I feel lonely often, I fight it by staying way too busy. We can do this journey together and see if we can find answers. You are a child of God, so you are loved and needed.
Hi everyone, I am Lisa and I am starting a little late, but I am very excited about doing this. I ordered my book for my Kindle and will be carrying it around trying to catch up. I am located in Northwest Mississippi, just 30 minutes South of Memphis. My life is so busy with work, horses, projects. Its great to find a online Bible Study, for I do not want to miss being in His Word everyday.
Hello,my name is Amy. I just discovered this so I’m joining late but I can’t wait to start. I live in West Chester,Ohio,which is just north of Cincinnati. I am married with 4 children and they keep me very busy. As I was preparing for Lent I decided that I wanted to address my fears and anxiety. I honestly can say I have nothing to be afraid of,I’m truly blessed in my life. I guess maybe for me when life is too calm I just wait for something bad to happen. I am praying that I can let go to God and remind myself that he is in the drivers seat,as long as I put my faith in him all will be well.
